As some of you may know, our dear friend Stephen Hill passed away on the evening of Sunday 8 March.
Stephen achieved and contributed so much to the world, to Nan Tien Institute and the Humanistic Buddhism Centre. To our little community at Sunday Check In, he was a wise mentor, generous presence and enduring friend. We will miss him greatly and remember him always.
The upcoming Sunday Check-In on 15 March (11 am AEDT, Zoom) will be a dedicated memorial session honouring Stephen’s life and legacy. Venerable Juewei, Meg, Priscilla and Joseph will coordinate the session, and Stephen’s family will also be in attendance. We invite you to attend and share with us your memories and reflections. The session will be recorded.
