After last week’s very important session on how to appropriately “Attend”, we complete the series by identifying the “Links” in our experience.
In preparation, Bruce would like us to consider the following questions:

Looking for patterns in an issue could be a never-ending search with the reality ”everything is connected to everything else”. What boundaries do you use to contain the pattern? How do you choose those boundaries?

Of the two ways suggested for using PAL – a daily practice to build the skill so you can spontaneously see the patterns and interdependencies between the parts, or a ‘go-to’ technique whenever an issue of concern arises in your daily activity, which do you prefer?

Bruce McKenzie has been involved with NTI since 2017 – first as student in the Masters Program.  In 2020-23 he and Magali Goirand worked on an NTI Ethos project through the Humanistic Buddhism Centre.
