Join Joseph for a short exploration of what the Lamp Transmission Record (LTR) teaches us about practicing Buddhism in everyday life. Drawing on the teachings of Venerable Master Hsing Yun, this session looks at how dharma is our ordinary daily activities, not as an abstract ideal.
In preparation, Joseph would like us to consider the following questions:
1. What is one thing you already do in daily life that you could reframe as a form of practice?
2. The LTR says wisdom must be lived, not just understood. What gets in the way of that for you?
