It is the Sunday Check Ins 250th episode and 5 year birthday! We look forward to spending some time in friendship and celebration of this milestone for us all!
We are delighted to have Ina Denton continuing the Sunday Check Ins with a month exploring The Eight Realizations.
For her final session of the month, and in the spirit of the birthday celebration, Ina will guide us through The Sixth Realization. With all of the Sunday Check-In bodhisattva friends (you all!) in the community, we explore the art and practice of giving, and how it manifests in different ways through our lives.
In preparation for the session Ina asks us to contemplate:
- What gifts have we received being part of the Community?
- How have we taken these gifts to the larger community of friends, colleagues, neighbours and nations?
