We are delighted to welcome back Joey Yeo to continue our meeting with the Amitabha Buddha of Infinite Life and Light.
The Amitabha Buddha made the following vow:
If I should attain Buddhahood, yet there would be hell beings, hungry ghosts, or animals in my land, may I not attain perfect enlightenment.
Guided by this vow, the Amitabha Buddha set about creating a Pureland for all to practice and cultivate.
Joey has asked us to consider the following questions after hearing his sharing:
- What are the driving forces behind our thoughts, words and actions?
- How might our brief introduction to Amitabha Buddha help us to contemplate the driving forces behind our thoughts, words and actions?
