We are grateful to Mr Joey Yeo who facilitated our exploration into the first two of the four Rs of daily practice: Review and Routine. This week, we are moving into the third R: Reminder.
For the third R, Mr Joey Yeo is inviting us to explore the following questions:
- What kind of reminders have we been using in reminding us to be mindful of the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha?
- What kind of reminders do we want to introduce in our daily lives?
