We are grateful to Mr Joey Yeo who facilitated our exploration into the first two of the four Rs of daily practice: Review and Routine.  This week, we are moving into the third R: Reminder.

For the third R, Mr Joey Yeo is inviting us to explore the following questions: 

  1. What kind of reminders have we been using in reminding us to be mindful of the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha?
  2. What kind of reminders do we want to introduce in our daily lives?
