We are delighted to have Valerie Ringland return tomorrow. Valerie brings her diverse and unique experience to share a session reflecting on the foundations of Western, Buddhist and Indigenous worldviews.

1. Share something that came up for you when reflecting on foundations of Western, Buddhist and Indigenous worldviews.
2. How do you relate to an Indigenous worldview?
Keeping in mind, an Indigenous worldview refers to:
A cultural group whose beliefs, traditions and ways of being originated with connection to a specific place; &
People with an animistic worldview with conscious awareness of a cyclical and inter-connected nature of being.
