Inspired by your reflections last week, in this upcoming Sunday session, Dr. Cecile Manikan will lead us with another wonderful journey—Self-awareness.

In the development of self-awareness, Buddhism advocates mindful practice, from which we develop inner sensitivity towards empathy to feel what others feel and, from there, inner refinement. On the journey of inner reflection, Dr. Cecile Manikan encourages us to look into our relationships and examine:
