This week at Sunday Check In we will discuss a story on Waterdrop Monk. In preparation, Venerable Miao Guang hs asked us to consider the following questions:
1. In your daily life, how do you distinguish between “right effort” and simply pushing yourself too hard?
2. The story teaches that even a drop of water matters. What “small things” in your daily life do you tend to overlook that you want to appreciate more deeply?
